SHIPPING AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you have no problems with your purchases. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us straight away using the contact form here. From there we will get back to you as soon as we can to discuss the problem.
From the date your order is dispatched you have 28 days to contact our returns department. If you change your mind we are happy to refund or exchange your items. It is your responsibility to return the items to us, and You will be liable for the cost of postage. Refunds will only be issued once items have been returned to us and quality has been assured. All items should be returned in the condition they were received in. Any change in condition will void your return. In the unlikely case that your item arrives in poor condition a full refund or exchange will be issued and we will cover the return postage. You may be asked to provide photographs to help us understand the problem. Refunds usually take around 7 days to reach your account, however we cannot directly predict payment times as banking systems vary.
Refunds will be issued for the price you paid, not the price showing on the website at time of refund.
Items purchased using a discount code will not be refunded at full price, instead an exchange or refund of percentage price will be offered, unless returned item was free or in an offer. For example; If you would like to return an item you purchased using the 3 for 2 offer (because you have changed your mind), you are more than welcome to, however you will not be refunded for your first of the three items. A refund will only be issued for the following two items.
DISCOUNT CODES AND OFFERS
Customers are limited to one discount code per purchase. Discount codes can be used in conjunction with the free delivery over £50 automatic offer. Items purchased using a discount code will not be refunded at full price, instead an exchange or refund of percentage price will be offered. For example: if three items are purchased using a 3 for 2 offer, but one item is returned for a refund, the item will be refunded as 33% of the total order price (excluding postage).
Unfortunately discount codes and offers cannot be added after orders have been completed. We reserve the right to cancel or alter offer expiry dates as we wish.
Please make sure you’ve checked your order thoroughly before completing. We try to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, this means the period between order completion and order dispatch is very short and therefore any alterations are unlikely the be possible.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an automated order confirmation email. We will then dispatch your order once we have received your payment.
PRICING AND PRODUCT POLICIES
We reserve the right to change product pricing at any time. Prices are accurate at the time you place the order. Refunds will be issued for the price you paid, not the price showing on the website at time of refund. Products are are subject to availability. Although we keep a very strict account of our inventory, in the unlikely event that an item you have purchased is out of stock we will contact you immediately and offer you a refund or the option of picking another item.
